I haven't sent an email since Boxing Day because I decided to take a proper break for the first time since starting this business.
My mum's over from the UK for three months.
We've been spending time together, and it gave me space to actually think about what I'm building instead of just building.
I tried to scale Authentic Navigators last year.
Hit $97/month pricing to get to 100 members.
I'm sitting at 36, and I've been spending hours with each person - building bespoke solutions, workshopping their specific situations, genuinely helping them figure out their businesses.
For $97 a month.
I don't regret that.
But I can't sustain it at that price.
I'm not built for low-touch scale. I'm built for high-touch transformation. When I work closely with people and actually solve their problems, that's when I'm best. But I need to charge what that's worth.
So things are changing. The community model is shifting. I built something during this break that's going to make a real difference to how I help people in 2026.
