Teaching from this morning's work

I reviewed my final calls with all my clients.

One client spent most of our call thanking me for the LinkedIn system. 

Said it gave him focus, helped him land his first real prospect. But then he said something that stopped me cold.

"It's so much more than the system."

He valued the real-time adjustments. 

The fact I was figuring things out alongside him at 6am. That I showed him my actual prompts failing before we fixed them together.

I'd been teaching from memory while my clients needed someone teaching from this morning's work.

Every post I'd written came from past wins. Old lessons packaged as current wisdom. Stories from when I had a content business, not from building this one.

That vulnerability was the teaching.

I kept thinking my strength was having answers. 

My actual strength is finding them in real-time, publicly, alongside the people who need them.
