I've never run a Black Friday offer before.

Not because I'm above it or have some principled stance against discounting.

I just never knew what to offer.

My core work is high-touch. Custom Claude Projects built specifically for each client's voice, their market, their offer.

Never thought I could package that.

But last week's workshop changed something.

I taught a group people how the system works. They understood the concepts. Took notes. Asked great questions.

Then this week, I've been on calls with two of them.

They all understood what to do.

Neither of them could actually do it.

Not because they weren't smart enough or didn't try hard enough.

Because understanding the theory and building the actual system are completely different problems.

Like knowing how an engine works versus building one yourself.

That's when it hit me.

The workshop taught them what to build.

They need someone to build it with them.

More tomorrow.
