Hey {{first_name}},
I heard something recently that completely shifted how I think about business.
Instead of asking "how can I make £10k a month?" ask "how can I create £1 million in value for other people?"
The first question focuses on extraction.
The second focuses on creation.
And that difference changes everything.
When someone brings me a problem now, or points out something missing from my system, my immediate response isn't "how much will this cost me?"
It's "let's build the solution together right now."
Even if there's no instant financial gain.
If one person has this problem, others do too.
Solve it once, solve it for many.
Create value once, create wealth repeatedly.
This is the opposite of how I used to approach LinkedIn.
I'd show up asking "how do I get clients?"
Optimising for extraction from the start.
My content was calculated. My outreach was transactional. My entire presence screamed "I need something from you."
And people felt it.
But when you shift to "how do I create massive value for others?" everything changes.
Your content stops being about you and starts being about them.
Your outreach stops feeling like pitching and starts feeling like connecting.
Your entire presence shifts from taking to giving.
And here's the paradox.
The moment you stop trying to extract value, value starts flowing to you.
Because people can sense the difference between someone who wants to take from them and someone who wants to create for them.
This is why the five LinkedIn methods I'm teaching work.
Not because they're clever tactics.
But because they're built on this fundamental shift.
From "how do I get what I want?" to "how do I create what others need?"
When you approach connection from that place, everything becomes easier.
The conversations feel natural. The relationships build faster. The clients come without chasing.
Because you've stepped into the flow of wealth you're creating instead of trying to extract from others.
This is the foundation underneath all five methods.
The mindset that makes them work.
More coming tomorrow.
Jack
